Observation

There is a white lattice on the toddler playground that is broken in areas that could cause cuts, abrasion, and punctures. The hot water temperature was 130 degrees at the time of the visit. The licensed space has outlets that are not tamper resistant with automatic shutters that only allow electrical plugs to be inserted (tamper resistant). There is an outlet in the girls bathroom that is broken and is not tamper resistant.
